Take a one-way ticket to Italy at Il Carpaccio, the Palace's star-rated restaurant. Concocted by Chefs Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero, the menu revisits gastronomic classics: beef carpaccio with truffles, Milanese "elephant's ear", Paccheri in Vittorio style.
