Paris gastronomy

Trente-Trois

Orchestrated by Sébastien Sanjou, already a star-rated chef at Le Relais aux Moines in the Var, Le Trente-Trois proposes seasonal cuisine, colourful and imaginative. Here, each dish presents a star product: blue lobster, John Dory, purebred beef. A refined restaurant, awarded by One Michelin star this year, a short walk from the world's most beautiful avenue.

At this prized address on Rue d’Assas, guests relish a unique menu brilliantly re-interpreting the gastronomic treats of the South-west. A special mention for La Table d’Hélène on the upper floor, enabling guests to admire the ballet staged by the cooks.

Always with expert wine and food pairings. Sheer perfection!
