These friendly Chefs officiate in both the kitchen and dining room where they delight their guests by staging a "live show" of their signature dishes: beef carpaccio with truffles, Elephant's Ear (outsize Veal Milanese) or paccheri alla Vittorio (sauce with three kinds of tomato, basil and fresh Parmesan cheese).
