The pair of Italian Chefs Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero propose gastronomic Italian cuisine, authentic and ultra-gourmet, on an exclusive menu compiled in collaboration with the 3-star Da Vittorio family.

These friendly Chefs officiate in both the kitchen and dining room where they delight their guests by staging a "live show" of their signature dishes: beef carpaccio with truffles, Elephant's Ear (outsize Veal Milanese) or paccheri alla Vittorio (sauce with three kinds of tomato, basil and fresh Parmesan cheese). No, gourmandise is not a wicked sin, quite the contrary.
