I became its General Manager on December 1st, 2022, after acting as interim Manager since June of that year. My career began in 2011 with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where I mainly focused on the food and beverages, or "F&B", sector. What struck me at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris was the strength of the talents comprising its teams. From restaurant staff to concierges, they embody deep commitment and a passion for work well done.
On entering the hotel, I discovered a very Parisian artistic universe which I immediately found enchanting. Works of art adorn the lobby, echoed by La Librairie des Arts, the art gallery, and sumptuous Baccarat chandeliers. The restaurant clientele also reflects this very Parisian spirit.
Undoubtedly celebrating the New Year 2023. I had the privilege of watching the firework display from a unique viewpoint: some of our Rooms and Suites offer clear views of the Arc de Triomphe.
Around 7 p.m., when the lobby comes alive. The teams welcome the restaurants' first guests, the ambiance changes in Le Bar Long with its live band on Thursdays, and the lighting takes on a real glow. A totally different atmosphere to that of the day.
The Ray Charles Suite. A source of inspiration for me, evoking art and jazz, both dear to my heart, with a typically Parisian view of the rooftops in the City of Light.
Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris is indisputably artistic with its art gallery, Librairie des Arts, and its collection of artworks. Its metamorphosis by Philippe Starck in 2010 made it elegant and contemporary. Our refinement lies in meticulous attention to detail, in both the decor and the quality of the services proposed to our guests.
